Shipping costs and delivery times

From an order for 30 .-Euro in the online shop, everything for the cat delivers within Germany without postage costs. In the case of Katzenlitter, however, we reserve the right to shorten the consignments to a 31.5 kilo package, 60 litres of cat litter would have exactly this 31.5 kilo limit.

Deliveries over 60 litres, such as ordering 70 or 80 litres of cat litter that claim their own new package, can therefore be shortened.

An order of €30 is subject to a lump sum of 6.90 euros for postage and packaging. We deliver exclusively with DHL.

We don't have a minimum order. If shipping costs arise, they will no matter how many packages the delivery consists of only once.

We also supply them inside and outside the EU, for which please refer to the shipping cost determination in the shopping cart or in the list below. The country zones to your country can also be found in the foot. Prices for deliveries inside and outside the EU depend on weight.

Prices outside the EU must be requested if you are not shown in the shopping cart when determining shipping costs.

Cat outdoor enclosures (aviaries) can only be shipped with the forwarding company based on their size, these prices are often daily prices and depend on the distance and must always be requested.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours and ready-made to the shipping process if the goods are stored. In the best case scenario, the package will be with you within Germany the next day (for orders until 12:00), but no later than within the next 2-3 days.

For deliveries outside Germany, shipping takes about 2-5 days. Express deliveries must be requested because DHL calculates prices differently by weight and country of delivery.
